Getting Here - Transportation Guide

We recommend flying into Faro Airport as it's closest to the property. However, if you're exploring Portugal, Lisbon is also an option with multiple travel methods available.

From Faro Airport (Closest & Recommended)

• Distance: 45 km / 40-45 minutes by car
• By Uber (Recommended):
  • Most reliable and cost-effective option
  • Cost: €45-55 one way
  • Available 24/7
  • No need to book in advance
• By Rental Car:
  • All major car rental companies at airport
  • Take A22 highway (toll road) or N125 (scenic, no toll) towards Portimão
  • Exit at Porches, follow signs to Praia da Cova Redonda
  • Property is next to Pastelaria Verdmar

From Lisbon Airport

• Distance: 280 km / 2.5-3 hours by car
• By Rental Car:
  • Take A2 highway south towards Algarve
  • Connect to A22 towards Portimão
  • Exit at Porches, follow signs to Praia da Cova Redonda
• By Private Transfer:
  • Cost: €250-300 one way
  • Duration: 2.5-3 hours
  • Uber available but long-distance rides may be harder to secure

By Train

• From Lisbon Oriente or Entrecampos Station to Tunes Station
  • Duration: 3-3.5 hours
  • Cost: €23-30 per person
  • Book through CP (Comboios de Portugal). Book train tickets at www.cp.pt

• If coming from Lisbon, train is comfortable and requires taxi/Uber connection
